Although it happened at little while ago, I came across a few photos from a fashion show I was a part of and thought I should share them. I was one of about 20 Canadian designers to make a one of a kind red dress for a Canadian celebrity who would model it in a show at Toronto Fashion Week. The Heart and Stroke Foundation put on the show as a part of their “Red Dress Campaign” to spread awareness about heart disease. It was a pleasure to be a part of the event and to do what I can for a great cause. I was paired up with “Being Erica’s” star, Erin Karpluk. She was a wonderful, spunky model with a great attitude and showed off my dress very well!

I went to Toronto to watch the show and it was a great atmosphere, not as serious as other shows. You could really feel that we where all there for a reason, and not just fashion.
